A Taste of Orvieto

The excitement of a new city to explore had me keeping my camera “at the ready” at all times. You never knew what would be around the next corner, down the next alley, or over the next hill. The image, above, was a wooden mantle with flowers just off the main street. Below, again just off the main street, this bicycle was tucked into the shade where the sun still warmed the stucco.

Side Alley, Orvieto

Just off Via Garibaldi these purples sang to us each time we passed them.

Town Square, Orvieto

Corel Painter lets me use textures and paint with text to give the work that mixed media look which I find so appealing.

She Forgot the Grocery List

As time permits I will be working through more images. And as Fall comes to you, keep your camera “at the ready”, too ~ the colors in the change of season shouldn’t be missed.
