Autumn ~

I even love the word ~ it just conjures cool breezes, colorful leaves, sitting outdoors by the fire, soup on the stove, a favorite sweater, leisurely walks (with camera), crisp apples, pomegranates, pumpkins, acorns, a mug of tea or a glass of red wine, crunchy walking through a carpet of leaves, a favorite shirt with the thumb holes, and so much more.  Can you tell I love autumn?

Every year I capture leaves ~ how can I not?  Each one as individual as a snowflake (which I rarely see).  But each year I strive to come up with a new way to share the leaves I capture.  This year, I found the most amazing clipping masks ~ I did a series of three and will print them to display together as a triptych.  Let me know what you think of this year’s offering.

The clipping masks came with a set of brushes that I used in the exact same size as the leaves ~ stamped them in white and embossed them.  Gotta tell ya, they are pretty darned sweet .  All three are clipped to a texture that you can find in my Textures To Share Set on Flickr.  I will add the link in comments.  And, should you wish to purchase, they will come without the PaintedWorks logo.

Happy Autumn to you.
